Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions

In the UK, over 20 million people have an MSK condition, and each year, more than 30 million workdays are lost due to MSK-related issues. In England alone, up to 30% of GP appointments are focused on MSK concerns. Optimising the treatment and management of these conditions is crucial for improving health outcomes and reducing the societal impact.
Solution

The clinician dashboard
On the dashboard, clinicians can create personalised plans for patients which can consist of:
- recommended reading
- chosen exercises with personalised instructions
- file attachments
- personalised messages
The patient app
Once a patient has received their plan in the app, they will see:
- their exercises and personalised instructions on how to complete them and when
- recommended reading
- and be able to track their own exercise completion

Alongside personalised plans, patients can
- browse the library where exercise videos and articles are separated by condition to provide them with the content best suited to their rehabilitation
- bookmark information on managing common aches, pains and injuries, to easily refer to it whenever they need
- track their symptoms to monitor their progress
