Results and Feedback
Clinician Feedback
“Would love to manage all rehab patients this way”
“The proportion of people needing further help is really high. We’re finding that half of the patients we discharge from hospital are still experiencing significant symptoms after three months. There are simply not enough staff and resources to reach everyone recovering from COVID-19 who are in need of using traditional models of care, such as face-to-face appointments. This tool allows us to provide high-quality treatment to large numbers of patients simultaneously.”
“The mental health component of the digital tool is just as important as the physical, and we are finding that the symptoms are often interrelated – for instance, if you’re feeling anxious you may be less likely to eat well, which may lead to further tiredness, which further impacts your mood and so on. A core feature of the recovery tool is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) delivered by psychologists to help with anxiety.”
Patient Feedback
“Have found this app really helpful. It keeps me on track for all the exercises and if I can’t do a set when the reminder goes off, it’s there until I do them so I have 100% done every day. Highly recommend it.”
“Absolutely love it. Simple, easy and effective. It shows clearly how to do the exercise properly with easy to follow visual prompts & discrete sounds. The exercise record keeps an accurate account of the exercises you have completed making it very difficult to lie to yourself about the amount you have actually done. A very useful tool.”

“This app was recommended at my occupational therapy session and it’s fantastic. The reminders keep me on track and you can set it to your own pace. I would not be keeping up with my exercises without it. Absolutely recommend it.”
Howiemoo via Apple App Store
“Great app! It works well at reminding me do the exercises, and also works equally well at helping me through them. This app has been great for keeping me on track to reach my goal.”
Fiona via Google Play Store
